Introduction

Welcome to Givzo, operated by Mobipays Gift Cards Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The Givzo website is an informational platform designed to provide details about our services. All transactions and services are exclusively available through the official Givzo mobile application ("App").

By accessing the website or using the Givzo App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Website & App
  • The Givzo Website is for informational and visibility purposes only.

  • No financial transactions, purchases, or bill payments are processed through the website.

  • All services including gift card purchases and utility payments are provided exclusively through the Givzo Mobile Application.

2. Services Offered Through the App
  • Digital Gift Cards issued through authorized partner Pinelabs (Qwikcilver).

  • Utility Bill Payments & Recharge Services processed through One Mobikwik Systems Limited under the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).


    All services are digital in nature.

3. User Eligibility
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Users must provide accurate registration details in the App.

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

4. Gift Card Policy
  • All gift card purchases are final and non-cancellable.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once successfully issued.

  • Delivery is digital and accessible in the App under “My Orders”.

  • Users must verify brand name, denomination, and validity before purchase.

  • No refund will be issued for user errors such as wrong selection or accidental purchase.


Refunds will only be considered in case of verified system failure in issuance due to platform or partner error.

5. Utility Payment Policy
  • Utility payments are processed via One Mobikwik Systems Limited under BBPS.

  • Once successfully processed, payments cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If a transaction fails but amount is deducted:

  • Refund will be auto-processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.


Givzo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or biller networks.

6. No Physical Shipping
  • Givzo does not sell physical goods.

  • No courier or postal shipping is involved.

  • All services are electronically delivered within the App.

7. Double or Erroneous Transactions

In case of double debit or technical error, users must contact:

support@givzo.in

With:

  • Registered mobile/email

  • Transaction ID

  • Date & time

  • Payment proof

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Givzo acts as a technology platform facilitating access to third-party services.

Givzo shall not be liable for:

  • Partner system downtime

  • Brand-level gift card redemption issues

  • Incorrect information entered by user

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the transaction amount.

9. Third-Party Services

Services are provided via:


  • Pinelabs (Qwikcilver) – Gift Cards

  • One Mobikwik Systems Limited – BBPS Payments


Users agree that third-party terms may apply in addition to Givzo’s Terms.

10. Fraud & Account Suspension
  • Suspend accounts involved in suspicious activities

  • Cancel transactions flagged as fraudulent

  • Report unlawful activity to authorities

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bihar.
